We will need to provide you with a specific quote for the job in question and will arrange for a mutually agreeable time for an expert surveyor to come and discuss your requirements with you. We will work on providing clarity and a clear pricing proposal asap after the visit and will continue to liaise with you throughout this process.

No. The survey is free of charge.

After you have contacted us we will connect with you and make the appointment. Our surveyor will provide a full survey and discuss this with you and also answer any questions reference your move you may have, if they cannot answer all your questions at that time, we will respond soon after with all required answers. They will also discuss and explain any special packing that may be required for fragile or larger items. Once you receive the formal quotation and accept our offer we will plan the moving date for the packers.

We will email or hand deliver your quote to you as quickly as possible.

We have a team of expertly trained packers who will pack your belongings professionally, safely and securely. Our Mover team has many years of experience in commercial and residential moves and know the importance of a swift and thorough move so as to cause as little disruption as possible.

If you pack yourself, any insurance we would apply becomes null and void, for the insurance to be active, we have to pack the goods ourselves. Should you wish to pack your own boxes for a residential move, depending on the destination this could be possible, however, the boxes have to remain open and be sealed by our team once contents are checked against the inventory and packing list. It is recommended that the Freoghtworks team carry out all of the work for you.

Yes, we encourage cover to be taken out for your goods and being aligned with one of the world’s largest insurers we can arrange this for you.

Our surveyor and customer service team will advise you of this. Please note that there may be circumstances out of our control that cannot guarantee the delivery timings.

All payments are made in advance of the move. We also have the convenience of providing a mobile credit card machine for payment at your home or office.

Yes, we have several warehouses that can accommodate your goods for a short or long period in a dry and secure facility.

Delivery service is handled by our chosen agent at your destination. We are not tied to one particular agent, therefore able to provide you the best offer and handling for your needs.

Providing the goods are insured then making a claim is straightforward. If the goods are not insured then a claim would be difficult, it is always advisable to insure your goods.
