Freightworks are simply outstanding in terms of the communication skills and attention to detail. The moved us back to the UK from Dubai in 2021 and were involved in every aspect of the packaging, storage, transport and delivery of our household goods to our new home (through their excellent UK forwarding agent). We were looked after by Krystel throughout and she deserves a gold medal for her service skills. We never felt any of the concerns that people can feel when moving long distances and Krystel was available 24/7 if we had any questions about the process. Highly recommended.
Freightworks made the normally stressful experience of relocating very smooth and seamless. Krystel, Fabi and Rae did a great job with the booking and organising, and Roben and his team of movers took care of the moving and all the little details on the move day. Am happy to say nothing was damaged in transit and they helped getting everything unpacked and set up at the other end, including appliances. I literally had nothing to do! Very professional service and I thoroughly recommend them.
I recently relocated to the USA from UAE and had a 1st hand feel of the services of Freightworks relocation team. The team was extremely friendly and prompt with every information that I required. I recently relocated from Dubai back to the UK and used Freightworks to manage the entire movement and shipping of all my household goods including a car. I was dreading the process and was anticipating all sorts of problems, but I can honestly say that Freightworks have done a fantastic job from start to finish. The team that came to pack and move all my belongings were excellent, arriving on time, they were very quick, very professional, and took great care of all the items packed, even sending me a video of my car being loaded into the container. From the initial home visit through to final delivery in the UK I was kept informed of progress, and they were very helpful in answering all my questions especially regarding the movement of my car. A special mention and 'Thank You' to Jherico who managed the team who packed up the household goods, and to Krystel who kept me informed all the way. GREAT JOB!!
